S355K2G2W weathering steel plate is a general-purpose structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², a tensile strength ranging from 470 to 630 N/mm², and an elongation of ≥20%.
It maintains excellent impact toughness at low temperatures (-20°C impact energy ≥27 J). By incorporating trace alloying elements (e.g., Cu, P, Cr, Ni) into ordinary carbon steel, this material forms a stable protective oxide layer in atmospheric environments, effectively resisting corrosion and extending service life.
