Q345NS is a high-strength low-alloy steel specifically designed for resistance to sulfuric acid dew point corrosion. With a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa, it offers a strong combination of mechanical performance and excellent acid corrosion resistance in low-temperature flue gas environments.

 

Compared with ordinary carbon steel, Q345NS can reduce the sulfuric acid dew point corrosion rate by approximately 50%–70% in boilers, economizers, and flue gas systems, and extend service life by about 2–3 times, especially in environments where acidic condensation frequently occurs.
