Safe cleaning methods that preserve appearance
Soft water rinsing
Use low-pressure clean water to rinse dust, dirt, or bird droppings.
Do not use high-pressure washing close to the surface.
Soft cloth / soft brush wiping
Wipe with a damp soft cloth or soft brush.
Only clean loose surface contaminants; do not scrub hard.

Mild neutral detergent (pH ≈ 7)
For light oil or stubborn dirt, use a neutral, non-acid, non-alkaline detergent.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water afterward.

Dry dusting
Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently remove dry dust.
What to avoid (these will alter appearance)
Hard brushing, sanding, grinding
Acidic or alkaline cleaners (bleach, rust remover, strong detergent)
High-pressure water jet
Wire brushes, scrapers, or sandpaper
