The 09CrCuSb seamless steel tube, also known as ND corrosion-resistant steel pipe, is a low-alloy structural steel tube developed for use in high-sulfur flue gas environments.
It is widely applied in economizers, air preheaters, heat exchangers, condensers, and evaporators in power plants, refineries, and petrochemical systems.
The alloy's unique composition-rich in Cr, Cu, and Sb-enables the formation of a dense, self-protective oxide film during operation, effectively resisting sulfuric acid dew point corrosion and acidic condensation corrosion.
