09CuPCrNi-A seamless steel tube is a high-strength, weather-resistant steel tube designed to withstand atmospheric corrosion while maintaining excellent mechanical properties and durability.
The tube contains alloying elements such as copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), and nickel (Ni), which form a stable protective layer on the surface when exposed to the atmosphere, effectively preventing further corrosion and offering significantly better corrosion resistance than ordinary carbon steel pipes.
Its seamless structure eliminates weak points at welds, enhancing overall safety and service life. The tube has a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 480 MPa, along with good toughness and ductility, allowing it to withstand high structural loads.

09CuPCrNi-A seamless steel tubes, with their high strength, weather resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance, are widely used in bridge structures, building exterior components, industrial pipelines, and other structural parts exposed to outdoor or harsh environments.
In bridge engineering, they are used for main beams, supports, and connections that endure atmospheric corrosion and wind and rain exposure, with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 480 MPa, ensuring long-term structural safety.
In buildings, they are suitable for curtain wall supports, roof structures, outdoor pipelines, and support systems, capable of withstanding temperature variations from -40°C to +80°C while providing significantly better corrosion resistance than ordinary carbon steel.
In industrial pipelines and equipment, they are used in heat exchangers, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, and chemical or power plant piping, able to resist high humidity, acidic gases, and 50% H₂SO₄ environments for extended periods, with a typical corrosion rate below 0.1 mm/year, greatly reducing maintenance frequency and extending service life.
The tubes are commonly available with outer diameters of Φ20–426 mm, wall thicknesses of 2–50 mm, and lengths up to 12 m
