ASTM A588 Gr.K Corrosion-Resistant Structural Steel Plate is a high-strength low-alloy structural steel, up to 50 ksi Minimum Yield Point, with atmospheric corrosion resistance. Our A588 Grade K steel plate product is suitable for many applications in the unpainted condition.

The atmospheric corrosion resistance of A588 Grade K hot rolled corten steel plate is substantially better than that of carbon steels such as A36 and A572 gr50 steel plate with or without copper addition when properly exposed to the atmosphere.
