Corten Steel Channel Drain is a drainage component made from weathering steel, featuring hollow channel structures and grid designs. It offers unique "rust protection against rust" corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent impact resistance and load-bearing capacity.

Compared with ordinary carbon steel, weathering steel forms a dense and stable protective patina layer in natural environments through the addition of alloying elements such as Cu, Cr, and Ni.

Its atmospheric corrosion resistance can be approximately 2-8 times higher than that of conventional carbon steel, helping reduce long-term anti-corrosion maintenance requirements.

Meanwhile, weathering steel provides superior mechanical properties, with a typical yield strength of 345-355 MPa or higher, which is about 47% higher than Q235 carbon steel (approximately 235 MPa). Its tensile strength is around 485-550 MPa, making it suitable for drainage systems exposed to long-term vehicle loads, pedestrian traffic, and outdoor environmental conditions.
