Customizable patina tones (core option for weathering steel style)
Based on professional accelerated patina treatment, technicians can adjust the type of neutral patina accelerator, curing cycle, environmental humidity and spraying dosage to customize a variety of rust-based tones-such as deep reddish-brown, warm copper red, light rust brown, and dark chestnut brown. The customized patina layer is dense, uniform and firmly attached to the steel surface, retaining the natural industrial texture of SPA-H while matching the overall style of gardens, parks, commercial plazas and other landscapes.
Special outdoor coating coloring (for non-rust color requirements)
If the design needs non-traditional rust colors, the sandblasted and degreased clean SPA-H surface can be coated with outdoor weather-resistant special coatings (e.g., fluorocarbon coatings, high-performance epoxy coatings), which can be customized into matte black, dark gray, forest green, matte white, metallic silver and other tones. These coatings are UV-resistant, anti-fading and anti-peeling, adapting to long-term outdoor use and ensuring the color stability of the planter for many years.
Limitation: No precise customization for natural patina
The natural rusting of SPA-H planters (without artificial treatment) forms an uneven patina layer with random color shades during the 12–24 months formation period, which cannot achieve precise and uniform color customization. This method is only suitable for scenarios that pursue the random natural rust effect, not for projects with fixed color design requirements.
