Standard Accelerated Patina Treatment Process
●Pre-treatment: Sandblasting (SA2.5 grade) to remove scale → degrease with neutral cleaner to wipe off oil/fingerprints.
●Core step: Apply neutral weathering steel patina accelerator (Cu/Cr-based, no acid) by spraying/Brushing, avoid contact with non-processing areas.
●Curing: Spray clean water 2–3 times a day for 3–7 days, keep the surface moist (temperature 15–25℃ is optimal).
●Post-treatment: Air dry naturally, the surface forms a dense patina layer; wipe off loose powder gently with a dry cloth.

Key Notes for Accelerated Treatment
●Avoid acid-based accelerators: They corrode the steel surface, leading to patina peeling and pitting corrosion.
●Ensure uniform application: Prevent uneven color caused by thick/thin accelerator coating.
●Stabilize after acceleration: Let the patina stand for 1–2 weeks outdoors before use, enhancing adhesion.
●Match with sealer (optional): Spray a thin transparent weathering sealer for harsh environments to improve durability.
