09CrCuSb ND Seamless Pipe resistant to sulfuric acid low temperature dew point corrosion steel (ND steel, ND steel, 09CrCuSb steel, 09CrCuSb steel, etc.). Usually called 09 club.
ND steel is a low alloy structural steel. Compared with other steels such as low carbon steel, corten and cr1a, ND steel has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

Products Applications
Due to its outstanding mechanical and anti-corrosion properties, 09CrCuSb steel pipe is widely used across petroleum, chemical, power generation, and boiler manufacturing industries.
It performs reliably in high-pressure and high-temperature environments, typically operating under pressures up to 9.8 MPa and temperatures reaching 450–550°C, making it ideal for the transportation of steam, oil, and process gases.
The high strength and toughness of 09CrCuSb steel ensure excellent performance in systems that experience cyclic thermal stress and vibration. It offers a yield strength of 345–450 MPa and tensile strength between 490–630 MPa, providing a strong structural guarantee for long-term use.
Thanks to its corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid dew point, ND steel is particularly suitable for flue gas heat recovery systems, air preheaters, and economizers that handle sulfur-containing gas condensates. In comparison tests, its corrosion rate is less than 0.03 mm/year under 70°C, 50% sulfuric acid solution - 10 times better than carbon steel and 3 times higher than 304 stainless steel.
Because of these advantages, 09CrCuSb steel is often chosen for critical components where both mechanical durability and acid resistance are essential, significantly extending equipment service life and reducing maintenance costs.
