ASTM A588 Grade A is a weathering steel with equivalents such as Q345NH / Q355NH (China), S355J2W / S355J0W (Europe), and SPA-H (Japan). These steels contain copper, chromium, and nickel, which help form a protective rust layer that improves corrosion resistance and reduces maintenance.
