Speed up (reach dark brown quickly)
Use professional weathering steel color accelerator (ferric chloride, copper salt, dilute acid compound solution).
Spray evenly → surface turns dark brown in 3–15 days.
Cooperate with wet‑dry cycles (spray water 2–3 times a day).
Slow down (keep original color or light rust)
Apply temporary anti‑rust oil, wax film, or PE protective film during storage and transport.
